Orders are generally entrusted to the courier in 1/2 working days. To make the delivery the courier uses approximately:

Cosmos takes care of the shipping costs for your orders over €200. Below this figure the single rate for all of Italy is €20.

It is possible to request the return of one or more products within 14 days from the date of delivery of the products. By filling out the return form (by clicking here) and following the instructions that we will send you by email within 3 working days.
We would like to inform you that the goods must be returned intact, clean, unused, in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc.) and complete with the attached tax documentation .

If the return is made due to damage caused by the courier during shipping or a defect in the goods, Cosmos will cover the costs of collecting the damaged goods and shipping the replacement item.
